Steps to Certification
Frontline Careers focuses solely on a company’s frontline workplace culture, which is why this certification is the only one of its kind. Your frontline employees are surveyed directly by FLC, and their thoughts and views on your company’s workplace culture make the ultimate decision on whether you are certified as a Frontline FriendlySM business. While earning certification is not easy, the process to do so takes just 3-4 weeks and is as simple as 1-2-3!
